Original Tuners, Bushes and Screws, Tail-piece. New pick-guard in the image of the original, fragile, 4 screw unit. 1 extra mount screw for security fitted. ‘E’ metal logo from Box of Bits fitted onto new guard.

Expertly restored by Piers Crocker of Sydney in 2020 including a Refret, Replaced Nut and New Tuners.

Rosewood Board, Black-faced 'long' headstock with inlaid pearl "Epiphone" script logo and pearl vertical 'cloud' inlay. Two-layer, black over white plastic truss-rod cover with stylized "E" logo, secured by two screws.

Stamped with John's original serial number on the back of the headstock (#328393).

2006 Epiphone Casino Blonde

2006 Epiphone Casino Limited Edition (1,965 pieces) John Lennon Signature "1965 Re-Issue" in Blonde.

Originally a sunburst model, Lennon picked up the idea that heavier production finishes inhibited the resonance and responsiveness of a guitar, and had his stripped to natural, with a light lacquer re-applied.

The original Kluson Deluxe tuners were replaced with gold-plated Grover Roto-Matics on both the original and this re-issue piece.
