This 1946 Epiphone Emperor boasts a striking 7-ply Pyralin body binding with a contrasting 3-ply Pyralin heel cap for a touch of elegance.

The entire neck is bound, adding a refined look. Traditional F-holes grace the top for rich acoustic projection, while the clipped-ear headstock features a stunning Tree of Life inlay in genuine Mother-of-Pearl, a hallmark of this iconic model.

Constructed with the finest materials of its era, the solid Spruce top hints at the rich tone it has developed over decades. The curly Maple back and sides, though bearing the marks of time, still hold a captivating beauty that resonates with the instrument's history.

The 7-piece Maple/Walnut neck hosts an Ebony fingerboard adorned with Mother-of-Pearl V-Block inlays.

  • Body Size: 18 ½” wide, 21 ¾” long, 3 1/4" deep
  • Scale Length: 25 1/2"

The hallmark Emperor body, a generous 18.5 inches wide, promises powerful projection despite the passage of time. The original hardware, though showing signs of wear, retains a warm, satin gold patina that complements the natural finish.
