Rosewood Board, One Piece Mahogany Body, Three Piece Mahogany Neck with Volute. Original Pickups, Two Tone and Two Volume controls with Pickup Selector Switch.

Marked with a pre-serial C and a 2 indicating a 'second', this instrument also has changed Schaller Tuners from the Gibson Kluson replicas. Bridge also appears to have been replaced.
