Gibson ES-125 Archtop Vintage Guitar.
Single Piece Mahogany neck, arched slab-cut Maple Back and Top, Mahogany sides, solid Brazilian Rosewood Fingerboard.
Original hardware includes P-90 single coil pickup, gold bonnet knobs, chrome raised diamond trapeze tailpiece. Vintage correct contoured five-ply pickguard, compensated adjustable ebony bridge. Body size at lower bout: 16". Scale length: 24 1/2" Nut Width: 1 11/16".
Previously owned by Graham Bonnet who had the bridge rotated and the tuners changed.

1963 Gibson ES-335 TDC previously owned by INXS and made famous by Eric Clapton with Cream in the 1960's.
Vibrant Cherry Finish, Square Blocks, Factory Stop Bar Tailpiece, Patent Number Pickups, 5-Ply Short Pickguard, Original Nickel ABR-1 Bridge with Nylon Saddles, Black Reflector Knobs.
100% untouched body components, electronics and pickups. Apart from changed tuners and a recent 2021 refret, it's all there.
Small hairline crack at nut has been glued and repaired by Piers Crocker in Sydney.

On offer is one of my favourite pieces in the collection.
A near mint, 100% original 1972 Gibson ES335 in Cherry Red with trapeze tailpiece.
Binding in excellent condition displaying that vintage "yellowing". Embossed humbuckers produce a big rich sound with acoustic overtones. Frets have very little wear.

Exceptional 1973 Walnut ES335, Trapeze Tailpiece, Rosewood Board with Square Block Inlays.
The guitar has only light buckle rash which has not penetrated the top lacquer. The binding has majestically aged yellow contrasting gracefully against the walnut finish making this vintage guitar stand out.
The action is slick, fast and extremely comfortable.
